Email Mrs. Rice
I am originally a Nebraska girl, where I married my husband Kyle in 1991. Graduating from Chadron State College in 1994, my first experience was in a Nebraska country school outside of Chadron. For three years I taught kindergarten through fifth grade. Some of the students were the fourth generation to attend school in this one room building. The next five years I enjoyed substitute teaching around the Nebraska Panhandle while raising our two sons William and Wesley, who are 26 months apart and the joy of my life. When William went to kindergarten, Wesley and I went to preschool. I taught for two years at a Classical Lutheran Preschool. Our family moved to Wyoming in 2005, where I taught a combination fifth & sixth grade class at Trinity Lutheran Classical School in Riverton, Wyoming. Upon our arrival to Casper in 2007 I taught first grade for half a day at Mt. Hope Lutheran School. It has been my pleasure to teach third grade for one year, and now first grade at Fort Caspar Academy.
